live in production at navigator.leadingwith.ai. presented at web summit 2025. i wrote the phase 2 production proposal (scope, team, budget) and won the follow-on contract.

05what i'm looking for
role fit
i want to own the product, not a ticket queue. last year i built three startups from zero as lead or sole engineer, shipped animalia as a personal project, and led full-stack delivery for limpid&co's production software in amsterdam. that is the job i want again: blank problem, live platform.
i am strongest where ai is in the product, not glued on later. the systems i ship already assume the model will fail — retries, fallbacks, and billing that does not double-charge when a generation dies.
